What Is turnerboone?

turnerboone is the only Haworth Best in Class commercial furniture dealership in the state of Georgia, and a Forbes Top 25 Small Business in 2017. We deliver remarkable workspace solutions for corporate, education and healthcare clients through a comprehensive range of integrated services, creating a memorable and extraordinary workplace experience. In 2004 Ellen Turner and Laura Boone founded turnerboone in an effort to transform the commodity-style office furniture business into a client experience that goes beyond transactional procurement, partnering with their clients to offer design understanding and industry expertise. Since then they have built a company that creates remarkable experiences through thoughtful solutions and operational excellence that is a reflection of the understanding and appreciation for their client’s growth strategy, company mission and requirements for attentive day to day service support. As a result, turnerboone is recognized as a leader in the commercial furniture industry. The award-winning Atlanta showroom is located in a 100+-year-old King Plow smelting plant, which was transformedin 1990 into the King Plow Arts Center at the heart of the Marietta Street Artery District of Atlanta’s West Midtown. After opening in January 2015, the 7,500 sq ft space has become the centerpiece of the turnerboone brand and is an amazing example of historic adaptive reuse. The rich history and revitalization of the building and surrounding community mirror turnerboone’s own story of humble beginnings, representing the metamorphosis of both life and business.
