What Is triyoga uk?

triyoga started in Primrose Hill in 2000 and is the UK's largest yoga, Pilates and treatments centre with five locations in London – Camden, Chelsea, Ealing, Shoreditch and Soho.\n\nIn 2019, we launched triyoga partners, aimed at introducing wellbeing initiatives into organisations, giving employees a solid grounding in a multitude of different tools to promote health and happiness. \n\nWork-related stress and anxiety is the leading cause of ill health and sickness absence in the UK:\n - 15.8 million days of sickness absence are caused by mental health issues (including depression, stress and anxiety) in the UK\n - 84% of managers feel that employee wellbeing is their responsibility\n - But 35% of these managers report having no workplace facilities or services that could help mental health and wellbeing.\n\nWe are entering a new age of wellness provision, where our excellent teachers can be brought together easily to assist those that need support. We believe that there is no ‘one way’ to improve wellbeing – it is a holistic approach across multiple areas. We offer virtual wellbeing sessions and events to help employees overcome issues that they may be struggling with, or to inspire with alternative options to look after their health. The aim is to build good habits and behaviours – equipping individuals with their own wellness toolkits to utilise and incorporate into their daily lives.\n\nOur six week 'inward bound' program is an excellent way to look after your people and give them wellness strategies that could last them a lifetime.
