What Is the SES GROUP?

Show and Events Security was founded in 1998 by Dr Tony Ball and rebranded as the SES Group in 2014. It has been responsible for the delivery of the nations’ most high profile events. These include the 2012 Queens Diamond Jubilee, the ATP World Tour Finals, the 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games, and the 2014 Tour de France in Yorkshire. The flagship event of the company remains the New Years’ Eve ‘Marking of Midnight’ celebrations in London.\nIn order to provide a bespoke and high quality service that meets the individual needs of the customers, the SES Group draws on the vast experience and knowledge held within the company. With over 50 years combined experience and a wealth of expertise in the successful planning and delivery of an extremely diverse portfolio, we are able to not only provide the specific and variable services required but also suggest and deliver intelligence on the provision of alternative security and customer service solutions.\nThe SES Group has a competitive advantage over other manned guarding/security providers. This is owing to the ability to pull on our highly trained events labour force in order to provide stability for our security contracts where relief or additional personnel are required. A pool of trained, licensed and vetted Security Officers caters for the diverse and wide ranging client base. We are focused on providing added value from its services and promotes that our officers carry out other functions during their shift to assist in the running of our clients business. \nThe SES Group incorporates a training faculty and provides training solutions to both employees and clients. Here we are responsible for delivering our bespoke ‘Career Development Pathway’ (CDP). This pathway signposts and provides the training and development required when a new employee joins the SES Group. We deliver training solutions to enhance the services provided, overcome dynamic challenges and to enable the growth and the direction of the organisation.
