iGO4 Revenue and Competitors

A privately owned UK company, iGO4 was founded in 2007. The business launched it's own contact centre and back office facilities in Peterborough in July 2011 and has grown significantly since, with a vision of becoming one of the largest personal lines insurance brokers in the UK. The business currently operates across Private Car, Household, Commercial Vehicle and Telematics products. This expansion has been achieved by building our own direct customer base and also through partnerships and providing administration service to third party Companies. The iGO4 brands and products have access to all of the major price comparison sites, giving iGO4 a strong relationship advantage with the aggregators. In 2011, iGO4 secured the Zenith Insurance partnership to launch their private car and van products direct to market. iGO4 provided scoping, development, build and call centre management for both projects. Hastings Direct chose iGO4 to deliver their Smartmiles telematics ‘black box' safe driving product in 2012. Again, we provided scoping, development, build and call centre management, as well as managing the third party box installation network and customer dashboard. This led to the development of our own telematics product, WiseDriving, which we launched in late 2012 to bring telematics to a wider audience. All iGO4 products are delivered through the CDL Strata platform. iGO4 was one of the first insurance brokers to start using the STRATA system and this has allowed us to help steer the future development of the STRATA product, this also has the added benefit that our staff are some of the best trained STRATA agents. The STRATA system allows us to offer customers the option to easily make changes to their policies free of charge by simply logging in to their account and making changes online.
