What Is gkhouses?

gkhouses currently has locations in Birmingham, Chattanooga, Denver, Ft. Collins, Little Rock, and Nashville. We specialize in single-family houses and currently manage over 1,900 houses for about 1,500 different investors and homeowners. Our clients range from real estate funds to homeowners of single-family homes. We have found that our clients trust us primarily for these three reasons: 1. We don't hire property managers - I know this sounds really weird since we are property managers. We believe that property management is done based on finding the best people possible (higher for attitude) and then we teach them how we do property management (train for skill). 2. Communicate through uncomfortable transparency - This ties into a core value we have at gkhouses - Integrity. We are willing to admit mistakes even when it cost us time and money. We believe owners appreciate open, honest communication. 3. Celebrate the tenant - We believe our client's biggest asset is not the property, but the tenant you place in that property. We are proud of our screening process but it goes well beyond screening…we appreciate our tenants so that they will come to love gkhouses and want to stay in your house long-term. You don't make money in this business if a tenant is leaving every year!
