We're into everything. Founded on the idea that change is inevitable, we set out to create an organization capable of adapting to the constantly shifting needs of its clientele. Eclectika, llc was formed to help individuals, small, and large enterprises read the tea leaves and see oncoming changes as opportunities rather than obstacles. For more than two decades, we have consulted with a wide variety of industries on a broad range of topics–culture shifts, customer experience design, technology adoption, application pivots, and rebranding to name a few. Our group is intimate but highly effective. We've managed this by adhering to a rather unorthodox operating model: While we receive many requests for consultation, the clients we handpick are few. We also insist upon complete confidentiality–you won't find much on our website other than an occasionally updated blog. We will not talk about other clients and they, in turn, are asked not to mention us or how we've helped them. Not the best way to grow an organization but a fantastic means of empowering us to take risks other agencies can't.
