The company has been awarded the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) ISO approval ISO/IEC 17025:2005 : General Requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories, as well as ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015, which is a prerequisite for carrying out third-party ISO/IEC 27001 audits and accredited certifications of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). eCOGRA is the first test house to be authorised to offer operators and service providers accredited ISO/IEC 27001 certifications for ISMS, and is an accredited testing agency with several online gambling jurisdictions. The company is management owned, and many of our compliance staff members have had considerable legal, financial, business administration and IT auditing experience at one of the Big 4 audit firms. As professional auditors, these individuals are governed by IFAC (the International Federation of Accountants), and are required to utilise IAASB (International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board) Auditing Standards. Many of the staff are also Certified Information System Auditors and/or ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditors and governed by the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and/or Professional Evaluation and Certification Board (PECB). eCOGRA provides compliance services to over 100 of the industry's leading operators and software suppliers, including 888, Kindred Group, DanskeSpil, Bede Gaming, GVC Group, bet365, Microgaming Software Systems, 32Red, Betway, Casino Rewards Group, NetEnt, etc. Due to the extensive in-house training required for our staff to effectively test according to the diverse range of complex online gaming regulations and requirements, and our client's confidentiality requirements, we do not use sub-contractors.
