YOURmeds is a smart medication management system supporting people to take the right medication at the right time. Worldwide 50% of all medication is not taken as prescribed. The technology allows the user to be supported by their support network, so when medication is not taken, is wrongly taken or too many are taken the support network can intervene. We started our journey within the care home market making patient-friendly prescription labels, charts and reports, with the aim of making complex LTC medication regimes easier for carers to understand and manage. Today we have over 20,000 patients using our software, and 7% of the UK care home market use our technology. We work with Local Authorities to embed YOURmeds into their community service. Our real time data is a great way to check on the cognitive abilities of users and can be an early indication that care packages need to be adjusted due to a change in circumstances.
