YMCA of Greater Brandywine is an association of nine YMCAs that offer life-changing programs for children, families and adults throughout Chester County formed through a merger between the YMCA of the Brandywine Valley and the YMCA of the Upper Main Line. Our Y is a diverse organization of men, women and children joined together by a shared commitment to nurture the potential of kids, promote healthy living and foster a sense of social responsibility. While our programs and facilities are always based on the unique needs and interests of our communities, our YMCAs have one thing in common: our people. The volunteers, staff, members and donors of the Y are all united by a deep commitment to strengthening Chester County. To ensure that everyone in our community can participate in Y programs, our volunteers raise funds for the Annual Campaign.
