What Is Xyte Inc. Xyting Insight 2Connect Book?

Xyte, Inc. (pronounced “excite”) is an American international corporation incorporated in Wisconsin in 1999 and headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin. Xyte, Inc operates through the following sectors: Corporate Human Resources, Education and Career, Marketing and Advertising, Healthcare, Finance, Military, as well as Government/Corrections. People are born with natural preferences. Using its Xyting Insight™ Assessment, Xyte, Inc. has identified and classified those preferences according to how a person thinks and processes information. Dr. Linda McIsaac and Gerry Klodt identified the different structures in the way people function intellectually which determines their predictable behavior. They incorporated this knowledge into an online assessment to measures people’s preferences. Xyte’s research and studies have led to a better understanding of “why” people do “what” they do, as well as understanding of their innate strengths. While people’s preferences can be influenced and adapted to their environment, preferences usually are the strongest indicators of what makes them happy. The Assessment (statistically Valid and Reliable) also identifies a person’s cognofile (cognitive profile). Positive benefits to the individual occur by understanding and aligning innate strengths with complimentary training to secure positive and productive career pathways they enjoy rather than tolerate. Aligning personal preferences and innate strengths not only develops the individual but also strengthens the relationship between the employee and the organizations with whom they interact. McIsaac and Klodt have developed solutions for the people side of problems in the workforce and in personal lives. Society assumes that everyone is the same yet intuitively we know people are different. This diversity is the most valuable asset in solution thinking.
