We are focussed on providing an efficient, fair and affordable service that allows everyone to move forward.\n\nThe first step is conciliation, where everyone involved in a dispute takes part in discussions with the aim of reaching an agreement to resolve the dispute. In most cases, this is successful. \n\nIf a resolution can’t be reached at conciliation, there can be an alternative to taking the matter to Court.
