Our procedures are easy to follow and comprehend. Most of our communications can be handled via the Internet or by use of our toll free support line. All documentation and support operations are maintained and performed at our home office. However, per industry standards, basic procedures and record keeping must be performed and maintained at each individual location. RFG has contracted with Southwest Securities Corporation for its securities execution and clearing services.
