Services include technical support, system maintenance, training and records management to the various PUBLIC SAFETY ANSWERING POINTS and public safety agencies. The Will County 9-1-1 System Office has the responsibility of maintaining the MSAG (Master Street Address Guide) for all of Will County. The Will County 9-1-1 System recognizes that its greatest assets are the women and men who serve your community each day. When seconds count, these professionals and Enhanced 9-1-1 will speed up the process between your call and when you receive emergency aid.
