Whistlestop (Marin Senior Coordinating Council) Revenue and Competitors

Whistlestop believes that we all share in the responsibility to ensure that Marin's older adults age with dignity, grace, and independence. Whistlestop promotes the independence and well-being of older adults in Marin County, by providing a comprehensive and integrated range of programs, services and activities, including low cost nutritious meals served at the Jackson Cafe, the Meals on Wheels program for Marin County, transportation services for Marin's older adults and individuals with disabilities, and mulicultural programs dedicated to improving the well-being of older adults from many ethnic backgrounds. Whistlestop also offers many classes and resources including outreach programs; tax assistance, legal and health insurance counseling;computer, movement and language classes, creative workshops and much more. Whistlestop is incorporated as Marin Senior Coordinating Council, a 501(c)(3) non-profit social service agency operating in Marin County.
