What Is Westfield Egg Farm?
We are a four-generation, family-run business founded in 1963 with the vision to support family farms, invest in community, practice sustainable farming, ensure the ethical treatment of animals and to continually innovate. Guided by the principle of Thoughtful Stewardship for a Thriving World, we’ve remained a leader in the egg category by making forward-thinking practices and aligning with consumer values our top priorities. For example, we produced the first-ever verified low-cholesterol egg in 1988 and, most recently, we switched to 100% post-consumer paper cartons, as well as launched a regenerative agriculture program to do our part to rebuild soil organic matter and restore degraded soil biodiversity which then sequesters carbon, improves the water cycle and helps combat climate change. Today we’re thrilled to offer two distinct eggs brands — each one addressing a unique set of consumer needs: About Nature’s Yoke: Our long-standing, much-loved egg brand offers 3 types of Free-Range, Certified Humane eggs in 12 and 6 packs: Organic, Legacy and Omega-3. Nature’s Yoke invites consumers to celebrate and savor what matters most to them, with an emphasis on connection to family, friends and community. More at https://naturesyoke.com/ About Utopihen Farms: Our new all pasture-raised egg brand offers 4 types of eggs: Organic (12 packs, Certified Humane, non-GMO), Original (12 packs, Certified Humane), Soy-Free (12 packs, Certified Humane, non-GMO) and Duck* (6 packs, non-GMO). *Certified Humane has not yet set a standard for the treatment of ducks. But when they do, we’ll be ready to earn the seal. Utopihen is led by our hens on a mission to create a brighter tomorrow together with our farmers, partners, retailers and consumers; and invites you to join us on the journey in making a better world.
