Westcott Properties was created in 1987 as a small boutique brokerage firm specializing in the sale of Investment and Corporate Owned real estate throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts. We began with two experienced agents and now have sales staff of over 15 agents in office space centrally located in Providence Rhode Island. Our watchwords have always been knowledge, expertise and results for our buyers and sellers. Over the years we not only grew in size but added expertise in all areas and neighborhoods of Rhode Island. We handle sales of condominiums, single family residences, and investment properties, commercial and industrial properties specializing in the adaptive re-use of space. Our corporate REO division serves financial institutions across the country. Most recently we have created a development division working with conversion and development projects and on site sales which guides the project from concept to completion. Our impressive business model is value driven for both the client and the agents. The company has developed a unique agent and client support system, including departments such as Agent Services, Marketing, and Closing Management. Westcott has staff experts in these departments to assist the agents in better serving their clients, while complying with the vast regulations of the Department of Real Estate and contract law.
