West Sound Workforce Revenue and Competitors

West Sound Workforce is committed to being an involved community partner. The company is an active member of six local Chambers of Commerce: Bainbridge Island Chamber, Poulsbo Chamber, Silverdale Chamber, Bremerton Chamber, Port Orchard Chamber and Gig Harbor Chamber. The company is also a partner of the Kitsap Regional Economic Development Council. West Sound Workforce actively participates in local job fairs and business expo events. Julie Tappero, President of West Sound Workforce, believes that it is the role of local business leaders to support quality of life and economic development of the community. She also serves on the Gig Harbor Chamber Board, Co-chairs the Economic Development Committee and has been appointed by the governor to the Community Economic Revitalization Board. On a personal level, Julie is secretary of the Olalla Community Club, a member of Kitsap County's Banner Forest Stewardship Committee, and on the organizing committee for the Olalla Summer Bluegrass Festival.
