Webster five has maintained steady growth and stable management throughout its history and, in 2005, received a five-star rating from Bauer Financial Reports,the highest rating a bank can receive among its peers. While offering an array of diversified financial services to serve every financial need in our community,including personal banking, mortgages, business banking, cash management, and investment services (through Raymond James Financial Services),Webster five is still committed to reinvesting profits back to the people we serve. That's why, in 1995, we developed the Webster Five Foundation, a non-profit fund to serve worthwhile community related causes. It is funded entirely by the bank for the specific purpose of making charitable contributions for youth and senior services, health and social service, charitable activities and other programs that impact the needs of our communities. We also participate in the Massachusetts ,Savings Makes Cents' Program, an educational program designed to teach the principles of banking in the classroom. The bank's headquarters are located on Thompson Road in Webster, MA. Offices are located in Oxford, Dudley, Webster, Auburn, and three locations in Worcester. With expansion a part of our strategic goals, a new branch opened in Shrewsbury, MA on March 6, 2006. The bank also opened a state-of-the-art Operations Center in Auburn to consolidate support services in one location, and, ultimately to serve customers more efficiently.
