Established in 1988, WeDriveU provides professional chauffeurs who drive for you in your car. We are very proud to say that with each passing year we're not just growing older, but getting better. In the beginning, WeDriveU provided chauffeurs who were independent contractors. We quickly realized our clients wanted WeDriveU to employ its chauffeurs as employees so we changed our business model and became responsible for payroll taxes, government regulations and reporting and workers compensation. Our clients also wanted additional liability protection so we developed a non-owned automobile liability insurance program. This one of a kind insurance policy provides coverage in excess of the client's personal or commercial automobile insurance. To ensure our chauffeurs were safe, we implemented a chauffeur certification program. The certification program consists of a criminal background check, a drug test, a driver's record check, professional chauffeur training and an actual driving test. In 1997, we expanded into Southern California and opened our second office. With two offices in California, we provided chauffeurs throughout the state. In 2003, we opened our third office by expanding into New York. This office provided chauffeur services throughout the New York Tri-State Metropolitan Area. In 2006, we opened offices in Washington D.C. and Chicago. The addition of these two cities increases our national reach and meets the needs of more clients throughout the U.S. Expansion into Washington D.C. is a result of our experience that chauffeur needs there are similar to our operations in New York. Providing services in Chicago introduces WeDriveU to the 3rd largest U.S. market. A significant WeDriveU operational change is adding Everest software technology in our offices. Implementing the Everest system is proving to be beneficial to both existing and new clients by providing them with secure online access to view and manage their accounts. Clients can now sign in to update their own information, view ride history and reserve chauffeurs online. They can supply accurate and detailed ride information, allowing us to provide the most suitable chauffeur and reduce miscommunication. Our past has been good, yet we continue to look for ways to make our future even better. Our goals are to continue to provide our clients with the best chauffeurs and to establish relationships with national organizations, setting up nationwide strategic alliances. We are the industry leader and people want the best chauffeurs from WeDriveU. The more mature WeDriveU gets, the better we need to be. In addition to providing the best chauffeurs, we look forward to offering our clients the benefits of our nationwide expansion.
