Watts & Hughes Construction is a privately owned Construction Services Company which commenced operations in 1984. The company operates throughout New Zealand with offices in Auckland, Hamilton, Mt Maunganui, Wellington and Christchurch. This company, along with Watts & Hughes Properties Ltd, forms the core of the parent company, Watts Group Limited. Since 1984 Watts & Hughes Construction has completed more than 800 building projects, approximately 1/3 of which have been carried out as Design & Build type contracts. Completed projects include residential, commercial, industrial and institutional works ranging in size from less than $1M to more than $70M. Our clients include developers, investment firms and local authorities as well as local and national government departments. Watts & Hughes employ a large team of skilled and experienced Project Managers, Site Managers, Estimators, Quantity Surveyors and other building professionals. This group is supported by a financial controller, administration and secretarial staff and a fully computerized accounting package along with sophisticated Project Programming and Document Tracking Systems.
