Originally formed in 1970 the practice has steadily expanded its knowledge and expertise and offers a comprehensive building services consultancy service with 2 offices in Central London and Sunbury-on-Thames working on projects located throughout the UK.\n\nWe are members of the Association of Consulting Engineers, British Council of Offices and UK Green Building Council. Qualifications held by various members of staff include membership of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE), Institute of Engineering and Technology, Energy Institute, Institute of Mechanical Engineers, Institute of Lighting Engineers and Institute of Plumbing, plus CIBSE Low Carbon Consultant accreditation.\n\nOur reputation and success has been built on a philosophy of Partner and Associate project involvement from project inception to practical completion. There are currently a total of 9 Partners and Associates that creates a relatively high senior management to staff ratio, which we consider essential to adhere to this ethos. This level of engineering commitment also ensures appropriate standards of engineering innovation and integration of commercially viable building services solutions. The drive and enthusiasm from senior management maintains our relationship as a pro-active member of the design team.\n\nThe Practice is committed to quality assurance in achieving client satisfaction and preventing non-conformity in all its activities and has implemented procedures to comply with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001: 2000 (Quality Management System). \n\nWe have also implemented an environmental management system and achieved ISO 14001 certification as well as health and safety accreditation BS OHSAS 18001.
