Waterway Constructions was established in 1993 and has grown to become one of the largest specialist maritime contractors in Australia. The company undertakes the construction and maintenance of wharves, bridges and other maritime structures in a professional and cost effective manner. The Waterway Constructions Group has offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gladstone and Perth and operates throughout Australia. We undertake large scale maritime works including all ancillary structures and services. We take pride in our technical skills and innovation. In 2002, 2003, 2004, 2007 and 2011, we won a total of thirteen awards from Engineers Australia, the Civil Contractors Federation and the Master Builders Association of Australia in engineering. In 2003, the Waterway Constructions was awarded the National Overall Winner trophy for construction excellence from the Civil Contractors Federation. Most recently, Waterway Constructions was awarded Civil Contractors Federation in 2011 in recognition for the reconstruction of flood damaged ferry wharves in Brisbane. Our staff work with clients to provide the best solution for each project and place a high priority on developing trusting long term relationships. The Company is managed by professional engineers, skilled project management staff and has an in-house design capability. Waterway Constructions owns a large range of floating plant on the east coast of Australia including floating cranes, piling rigs and barges.
