Community Services welcomes you to the Wake County Public School System. In June of 2000, Wake County Public Schools made a commitment to this community to expand our ability to provide accurate and timely information by creating the Customer Service Center. Our staff of trained professionals is prepared to answer basic questions concerning registration, school calendar, testing, school assignment, and many other issues. We will also direct you to experts in these areas, if necessary. Whether you are considering moving to this area or have been a member of the community for many years, we realize there may be various questions about how Wake County Public School System procedures and Policies may impact your family. The Customer Service Department is your first contact for answers or information. Our friendly Customer Service Representatives are available during business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
