What Is WISE Employment?
WISE Employment is a not-for-profit employment services provider. We provide employment services under the Australian Government's Disability Employment Services (DES) and jobactive programs. We empower job seekers to find meaningful work and become self-sufficient. We help employers to find the right staff by understanding their needs and providing them with workers from diverse backgrounds. Each year, our passionate and skilled staff assist over 10,000 people into jobs and support services across Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, Tasmania, Queensland and the Northern Territory. Our services are free to eligible job seekers and employers. Since 2001, we have invested $3.5 million of our funds into innovative projects to support people with disability, mental illness, youth, refugees and Indigenous communities. WISE Employment operates three socially-inclusive companies or social enterprises, currently employing approximately 150 people. Since 1992, we have been empowering job seekers and employers. We believe the entire community is enriched when everyone is supported to achieve their potential. LinkedIn online community guidelines: We welcome you to the WISE Employment LinkedIn page.
