He took a promotion from Assistant Project Manager to Project Manager (a 5 year career path on average) in 2 years and left to go to Turner Construction (the largest construction company in the world that year). Having grown up working for his family's electrical company most of my life, he prefers the small company feel. Will then went on from Turner to E.E. Reed Construction (ENR Top 100 - Rank #4 - Houston, Texas) and has managed hundreds of construction projects from $15,000 - $63,000,000.
