Vusimuzi Group Pty Ltd is a broad based, wholly black-owned with 100% black woman owned and controlled South African industrial company co-owned by three black anchor shareholders, Nokulunga Botha, Omama Bomndeni family Trust and Vusimuzi Employees Trust (VET). With Prince Mdaki respectively as Chair and CEO at the helm, the company is directed by a board and management team who collectively have significant and relevant experience in the acquisition, operations of big and small scale entities in the country. Vusimuzi Group Pty Ltd was incorporated to establish a one stop industrial group company as well as to acquire various businesses and closed collieries. This establishment of an industrial group positions Vusimuzi Group Pty Ltd as major South African industrial company responsible for providing multiple services through its operating divisions respectively. In addition, the establishment effectively makes Vusimuzi Group Pty Ltd the largest black controlled industrial youth owned company, with a clear focus on providing our clients with secure, long-term services together with its subsidiaries. As a company we also believe in establishing a sustainable legacy for the communities in which we operate, and the industry as a whole. To support this philosophy, 5% of our equity has been ring-fenced equally for the benefit of employees and communities through employee and community trusts.
