Vivante Health is an innovative healthcare company whose mission is to help those with invisible, neglected, and stigmatised chronic illness overcome barriers standing in their way to optimal care and for every day to be their Best Day Forward. We are starting with digestive diseases because an astonishing 70M in the US live with these conditions, more than diabetes or any other chronic condition, but they go on unrecognised because no one really wants to talk about them. Chronic digestive diseases affect home life, work performance, and even simple social functions. We believe now is the time to bring something special to support people with these conditions and to educate those others who don't understand how someone who doesn't look sick is really struggling on the inside. We don't focus on just the condition. We focus on understanding the person. We believe that the personal touch is the difference-we've built our program on the principle that we are not just there when there is an acute health issue, but there early and often to build that strong relationship that is steeped in trust and key to providing meaningful and lasting support. While we are a young company we have years of collective experience in clinical care, education, and consumer technology.
