The School of Communication studies how we create, distribute, and interpret messages through media systems while gaining hands-on experience in crafting and publishing persuasive messages.\n\nIn the School of Communication, we offer five majors: advertising, communication, multimedia journalism, public relations, and sports media and analytics. You will have the opportunity to work hands-on in our state-of-the-art digital studio, to intern with national firms, and work directly with clients.\n\nWe also offer two graduate programs in Communication and Reputation Management. Our faculty specialize in mass communication (media effects and criticism; journalism and communication law) and public advocacy and social influence (political communication, public relations and issue management; campaign communication).
