Village Realty, located on North Carolina's beautiful Outer Banks, is a locally owned and managed company offering Vacation Rentals, Real Estate Sales and Association Management services. We have two vacation rental offices for your convenience, located in Nags Head and Corolla. Rental properties managed by Village Realty are located in Manteo, Nags Head, Kill Devil Hills, Southern Shores, Duck and Corolla, and range from rentals located on the golf course to large homes with oceanfront estates. Village Realty strives to provide uncompromising service, quality accommodations and outstanding representation to our clients and customers. Our real estate sales division has three locations to serve you in Nags Head, Corolla and Columbia. For more than 20 years, Village Realty sales professionals have helped families purchase their dream vacation homes on the Outer Banks. Village Realty also offers a variety of Association Management services for homeowners associations located within Dare, Currituck and Hyde counties in North Carolina. Services include financial management, administrative duties and maintenance for your property owners association. We are always looking for exceptional team members!
