What Is Vigilanz Corporation?
VigiLanz was founded in 2001 by two medical doctors with one single-minded purpose: to empower pharmacists, physicians and nurses with tools to proactively monitor their patients to identify and prevent adverse drug events, and support adherence to clinical best practices. Their goal is to protect patients, in real time, from needless harm and pain and suffering, while optimizing care and outcomes. Prevention remains one of the core benefits of their application. And their rationale is that the cost of prevention is only a small fraction of the cost of extended hospital care and other mitigating consequences of preventable ADEs.
