Vestalia Hospitality is the parent company of Pizzeria Lola, Hello Pizza and Young Joni, three award-winning restaurants in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Guided by the creative and strategic vision of its founders, Ann Kim and Conrad Leifur, these restaurants have proven innovation and influence by providing exceptional dining experiences infused with a sense of every day celebration, fun and warmth. Pizzeria Lola opened in 2010 in Southwest Minneapolis. This full service restaurant features wood-fired pizzas, sharable sides and salads, beer and wine, and personable service. Since opening, Pizzeria Lola has received awards and recognition both locally and nationally and has been featured on national television shows including one of the most viewed episodes of \Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.\ Even after seven years, Pizzeria Lola continues to be one of the most sought out dining destinations in Minneapolis. Hello Pizza has been slinging pies in Edina’s Sunnyside neighborhood since 2012. Its fast, casual slice shop format offers New York- and Sicilian-style whole pies and slices, unique meatball subs and salads for dine-in, take out and delivery. Since opening in 2013, Hello Pizza has been recognized locally on best pizza lists and has become a favorite of the surrounding community. Young Joni opened in November 2016 in Northeast Minneapolis; it offers “fine dining” in a one of a kind, beautiful and relaxed environment. The menu is inspired by wood-fired cooking, including a diverse array of globally influenced shareable plates and signature wood-fired pizzas. Young Joni offers a full bar and an adjoining, hidden back bar featuring an award-winning cocktail program by Adam Gorski. Young Joni has been lauded with accolades since opening, awards include Star Tribune’s 2018 Restaurant of the Year and GQ’s 2017 Best New Restaurants. Chef Ann received two James Beard Award \Best Chef Midwest\ semifinalist nominations, in 2017 & 2018, for her food and vision at Young Joni.
