VIA Outlets, a private equity fund, has been established in 2014 to acquire existing outlet centres across Europe, and, using the expertise of its operating partners, enhance their performance so as to provide strong investment returns for its shareholders. These returns will be achieved through creating shopping environments which will attract high quality domestic and international brands and their discerning customers. VIA Outlets has been structured to enable it react quickly to acquisition opportunities that may arise in the market. The pan-European portfolio of VIA Outlets comprises 11 centres in 9 European countries with a total GLA of about 258,000 sq.m. and over 1,000 stores under management.
