What Is Urban Ministry Center?
Our Mission The Urban Ministry Center is an interfaith organization dedicated to bringing the community together to end homelessness—one life at a time. We operate the oldest and largest soup kitchen in Charlotte, NC; provide housing through our Housing First programs, lifechanging experiences through our CommunityWorks programs; and provide hundreds of opportunities every week for our community to make a difference.
