Here’s the deal, Upper Arlington Lutheran Church cares about one thing more than anything else, Jesus Christ. We believe that Jesus is healing and restoring everything on this earth—our lives, relationships, health, communities, all of it—and making them new! Our church is a family of individuals that have found hope in Jesus, and simply want as many people as possible to experience that same freedom. We believe everyone should be in God’s family, everyone should be cared for and have purpose, and that everyone has an opportunity to make an impact in the world around them. While our roots are Lutheran, and we hold firm to many of our historic Lutheran practices (such as confession & absolution, sacraments of baptism & communion, church seasons, etc.), we are Christ-followers first. You’ll find that majority of those who attend our church don’t come from a Lutheran background, and we have leaders and staff from diverse Christian traditions (Catholic, Anglican, Presbyterian, Methodist, Baptist, Brethren, Charismatic, Nondenominational, and the list goes on). Whether you’re a Christian from a different tradition, or not a Christian at all, you’re welcome here!
