Unity Health Care, Inc. is a non-profit health care agency dedicated to providing primary health care, disease prevention, health promotion, mental health, outreach, HIV and case management services to the homeless and medically indigent of Washington, D.C. Our mission is to provide accessible, quality health care in a cost-effective manner through a coordinated service delivery system. Our role is to help empower clients to better their lives regardless of financial circumstances, ethnic backgrounds, race, creed, or color. Each member of our staff is committed to professional excellence and to meeting the medical and social needs of the communities in which we serve. Our mission is further defined by our advocacy for social change and resource allocation, to help those in our society who have become marginalized.
