Union Capital is a private equity firm and the merchant banking affiliate of Mickelberry Communications Incorporated. The firm specializes in the acquisition and management of business service companies. The firm pursues a highly selective investment policy and, as a general rule, will only invest in companies that combine an active, highly capable management team with a healthy business that is characterized by stable and modestly growing cash flow. We will also consider turnaround situations that could be combined with our existing portfolio companies. Since its founding, Union Capital has completed more than 70 acquisitions, divestitures and merger transactions. The firm was founded in 1968 by James C. Marlas.
