Uform was founded in 1993 by the Donnelly family and specialises in the distribution of kitchen doors & components to the trade throughout the UK & Ireland. Uform operates from a 177,000 sq ft base in Toomebridge, Co.Antrim and the business currently employs over 190 staff. Having been awarded the prestigious BKU award for Best Overall Kitchen Brand for two consecutive years; 2017 & 2018, and the IKT Supplier of the Year award for 2016/2017, the company is going from strength to strength. A fourth phase investment project is due for completion in September 2018 at a cost of £4 million . Key areas include an additional 25,000 sq ft extension to accommodate more ex-stock product, a 10,000 sq ft extension, doubling capacity for loading and deliveries, a new 15,000 sq ft area dedicated to a third paint line and a lean programme to improve efficiencies and increase capacity. The company offers one of the most diverse product ranges in the industry through its market leading Kitchen Stori consumer brand and is currently distributing upwards of 1,200 kitchens a week in the UK & Ireland. Uform has grown rapidly with turnover increasing from £14.9m (FY 14/15) to £29.3m (FY 17/18) an increase of 97% and has a further target of reaching a turnover of £34m by 2019.
