We are Infrastructuralists, and we made our name by helping to save Healthcare.gov in 2013 along with elite engineering adhoc team. Truss are experts in engineering disciplines like iterative, agile and DevOps; and customer-focused practices like customer development, design sprints and organizationals change. Our staff are alumni from Facebook, Parse, Linden Lab, Bain & Company, and Engine Yard. Based in San Francisco, Seattle and New York, the Truss team have decades of engineering and management leadership needed to scale your startup and transform legacy systems into current development practice. Our clients list includes: CARE.org, Nuna, Center for Medicaid Services, Willow, Nava, CCS (a division of Omnicom) Founded by Everett Harper (CEO), Mark Ferlatte (CTO) and Jennifer Leech (VP Engineering) in 2011. From inception, we value diversity and inclusion. As a result, we have a team of 50% women engineers plus a culture of transparency and radical candor.
