SonarMD is a tech-enabled care coordination solution for digestive health. We are starting in Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), which is responsible for more than 50% of the variable cost of care for the entire GI space, because there's a big opportunity to improve the way our nation cares for these patients. Our clinical staff and technology make it easier for gastroenterologists and their patients to work together virtually to detect declining gut health sooner and intervene faster to prevent unnecessary ER visits, hospitalizations and inefficient use of high-cost drugs. We contract with payers and work directly with gastroenterologists in their network. We've proven we can keep people healthier and reduce costs by 15% per member per year.
