Tri-Valley Opportunity Council, Inc. (TVOC) is a community action agency headquartered in Crookston, MN. It is our Mission to provide opportunities to individuals and communities in order to improve the quality of our lives. Since 1965, Tri-Valley has provided services in our primary service area of west Polk, west Marshall and Norman counties. Our service area has expanded throughout Minnesota and North Dakota over the years with specialized services for seniors, migrant and seasonal farm workers, families in need of child care and rural transportation customers.
