TranscriptionWing is a service of Civicom. In 2005 Civicom launched a new audio transcription service – TranscriptionWing! This was primarily to serve the needs of our existing conference calling clients who were looking for quality audio transcription services, but with competitive transcription rates. From there word spread and we began to deliver general transcription services to many business sectors, including: marketing researchers, educational institutions (academic transcriptions), the entertainment industry and other organizations holding meetings outside of our conference calling systems.
