The Company's Machining Products Division is responsible for marketing the Company's machinery, hardware and software products. The Company's Technical Services Division is responsible for marketing and providing the Company's service, support and machine upgrade products. Thermwood Europe Ltd. is a British Company, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Thermwood Corporation and reports to the Machining Products Division. The Company's E-commerce Division, which will commence operations during the first quarter of fiscal 2002, will manage catalog sales in addition to operating an Internet-based store and a distribution effort based on a software program called eCabinet Systems.
