Our systems are manufactured in their entirety at our facilities, located in Fort Worth, Texas and Sedro Woolley, Washington. The latest in corrosion coatings are applied at our plant. Certified welders manufacture spool pieces in accordance with CAD generated drawings. Stringent quality control steps are taken to insure the product meets the requirements of the specifications. Heat loss calculations, stress calculations, pipe layouts, cathodic protection designs, heat tracing, leak detection, and field technical assistance are essential services that Thermacor offers.
