We offer treatment, rehabilitation and care for clients, and strive to ensure they are treated as individuals with dignity and respect Mental Heath Service Shrewsbury Court Independent Hospital offers Assessment and Treatment for working age adults, who suffer from enduring mental health problems. Elderly Care Our services and accommodation are delivered across two locations in the South East of England. Iden Manor provides 51 registered beds within 47 rooms, shared between The Good Shepherd (Dementia Care) Unit and Iden Unit (for Frail Elderly). The Elms is also accredited by the Royal National Institute for the Blind (RNIB) and is fully wheelchair accessible. Orchard House Orchard House is a 5 bedded Supported House for service users of the same gender. It is a step down service for individuals deemed ready for discharge from hospital, but require a period of support and supervision as they make the transition back into the community.
