The Struthoff Company was founded in 1993 by Lynn Struthoff, President and Principal. Prior to organizing and starting The Struthoff Company, Lynn had an extensive construction industry career, and carried out all levels of key industry roles; from Field Superintendent to Project Manager to Operations Management. These years of experience allowed Lynn the opportunity to not only acquire real world construction industry knowledge, but to also hone his leadership skills and to become a proven industry professional; all culminating in the formation of The Struthoff Company. Today, professionalism and leadership at The Struthoff Company are fundamental elements that run through the entire organization. Each Client project is looked upon as yet another opportunity to establish the expectation of both delivering on our commitment, while building a positive, on-going relationship. Although 26 years have pasted now, the premise of professionalism and expertise that lead to the founding of our firm remains central to what we as an entire organization strive to deliver for each and every Client.
