The Spence Law Firm is a firm of trial lawyers representing people and family businesses, not corporations, nationwide. We are eight partners and several associated attorneys who are dedicated to fight for the rights of people who have experienced personal injury, who have suffered the results of medical malpractice, or whose civil rights have been violated. We often supplement our resources by associating with local attorneys across the country, wherever you reside. In addition to our home base in Wyoming, we also have formal associations with law firms in the Intermountain West - Idaho and New Mexico. \"Affordability\" is not a concern for people who seek our help. We work on a contingency fee basis. If we do not win a monetary award for clients, we charge nothing for our services.
