From its inception in 1983, the Private Industry Council has provided services to over 75,000 families and individuals; assisting youth, adults, dislocated workers, and the economically disadvantaged in obtaining and retaining employment, attaining educational achievement, and supporting their family growth. PIC operates over 25 programs through an organizational structure of three divisions - Early Childhood Development, Education, and Workforce Development.
