What Is The Lionesque Group?
The Lionesque Group, also known as retail strategists and pop-up architects™ who have produced over 150 brick & mortar experiences in major cities across the United States. Beginning with a deep dive into strategy, we help clients rethink environments and in-store experiences to convey compelling stories – ones that animate discovery and engagement – attracting new customers, elevating loyalty with existing customers, and building a platform for their future evolution. From day one we work with our clients to understand the qualitative and quantitative benefits of an immersive retail experience and guide them on how to get meaningful return on investment from its implementation. Among our awards, in 2019 we won the CLIO award for The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Carnegie Deli Pop-Up and were finalists for One Show Awards for Experiential Design and Indoor Spaces. In 2018 we were shortlisted in The Glossy Awards for Best Pop-Up/New Concept Store and our founder Melissa Gonzalez was selected as one of Design:Retail's Design Influencers of the Year. In 2017 our founder, she was awarded Design:Retail's 40 Under 40 for her work transforming retail environments and in 2015 she was honored with the Retail Innovator Award for our work transforming the pop-up store environment by Retail Touchpoints. In 2014 our work was awarded the CLIO Image Award for experiential engagement, and we were finalists for the New York Design Award for marketing and branded experiences. In our dedication to continue to grow our platform, better serve our clients, and expand our scope of services, The Lion'esque Group merged with global architecture firm MG2 in January of 2020. Since its inception, TLG has been dedicated to creating immersive experiences in a way that drives ROI and helps our clients convey compelling stories to their audience. As The Lionesque Group (TLG), an MG2 Company, we're taking this resolution to the next level.
