With more than 40 years in the real estate industry, Harry has been the owner, and sole proprietor, of The Hilton Group Co., a real estate financial and management consulting firm in Lake Mary, Florida since 1991. He has worked in both the public and private sectors, successfully turning around multi-commercial projects including apartments, office buildings, warehouses, and shopping centers containing over 10,000,000 square feet. As a consultant, he provided detailed financing plans including cash flow forecast and analysis, recommendations, and implementation for development and redevelopment, leasing, management, marketing, and construction. Prior to 1991, Harry was Vice President and Director of Operations for Penco Managment and SRF Properties, two leading owners and operators of retail centers. In both cases, he directed the ongoing Florida operations of over twenty neighborhood centers comprising 2,000,000 square feet and was responsible for an increase in the net revenue and overall value of over 30%. He negotiated major and local leases totaling over $2.0 million annually as well as implemented centralized accounting operations to increase property valuations to over $4 million as a result of full implementation of CAM billings. More recently he has been involved with national and international developers of resort properties in the Caribbean providing Senior Executive leadership to the selection of land assemblage, negotiation, formulations of projects and components and the establishment of strategic alliances with major, five star hotels, contractors, designers, engineers, signature golf courses, and coordinators. Harry has extensive accounting and financial experience including a forensic accounting review of a Wall Street funded CMBS portfolio.
