What Is The Highlands Consulting Group?
The Highlands Consulting Group has successfully provided management consulting services to both public sector and private sector clients since 2002. While technological change is a common driver behind our projects, we are business focused and independent from hardware and software vendors. We provide strategic planning, facilitation, business process reengineering, feasibility study reports, procurement assistance, and information technology project management. We offer subject matter expertise in a variety of program areas, such as health care, human services, environment, and transportation. Highlands Consulting has a uniquely successful history of providing Organizational Change Management (OCM) services. As structured OCM methodologies such as Kotter, Rimer, and Prosci® began to emerge in the marketplace, we selected Prosci® to best meet the needs of our government clients. In 2010, Highlands Consulting was selected by Prosci® to be part of their Global Affiliate Network (GAN) as a Prosci® Authorized Training Provider (ATP). Today, we are one of only four ATPs in the nation, and the only ATP with a focus on public sector change initiatives. All of our consultants are certified in the Prosci® ADKAR® change management methodology and average 12 years of public sector project experience.
